Billing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or switch billing cycle any time from Administration → Subscription inside your portal. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your workspace moves to “past due” with a grace period and reminders. Your data is never deleted because of a late payment.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Every payment produces a numbered invoice you can download from your portal. VAT is added where applicable.
Does the field app really work without internet?
Yes. Sales reps and delivery staff can work fully offline for at least 72 hours — check-ins, orders, returns, collections and surveys are queued on the device and synced automatically when a signal returns.
Can each distributor and manager only see their own data?
Yes. Access is role-based and hierarchy-scoped: a Territory Manager sees only their territory, a distributor only their own unit, and an auditor gets read-only access with every read logged.
Do we get our own website?
Every workspace includes a branded company website on its own address, with your products, a retailer sign-up form and a login for your team. Higher plans can connect a custom domain.
